WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There is an optional Registered Track and Track option available for €7.00 which can be selected on the shipping page.
We aim to ship all orders same day once ordered before 12 pm and the product is in stock.
DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING?
Our personalised discs can be stamped with a loved ones or child's initial.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Online payments are accepted through credit and debit cards via Shopify payments or Paypal.
All major cards are accepted.
HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?
Our products come packaged in our eco friendly bio plastic boxes which ensure your products are not damaged in transit and wrapped and sealed with our logo.
ARE THE PRODUCTS ACTUAL SIZE?
Thee images are not actual size as some have been enlarged for the website to give you a better view of the product. The product sizes are in the description.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
If for some reason you are not happy with your item or you change your mind we are happy for you to return your unworn pieces of jewellery for an exchange or refund within 30 days.
Please ensure you return the item with all it's original packaging by registered post and send us the tracking number so we can make sure it arrives safely.
Please note however that there is NO RETURN on earrings, This is due to HEALTH AND HYGIENE regulations as they are piercings so can spread serious infections or disease.
We apologise for any upset or inconvenience this may cause.
HOWEVER, we are sure you won't want to return them anyway as they are super cute I promise! Please note of course this does not affect your statutory rights!
